AWS US Region Outage
Resolved - We’ve been impacted by the AWS outage in our US hosting region. As a result, the following services were impacted:
- Platforms hosted in the US region were not accessible.
- Survey links and embedded surveys hosted in the US region failed to load.
- Website/in-app pop-up surveys were not initiated.
- US-region APIs were unavailable or timed out.
- Data processing jobs (e.g., exports, webhooks, integrations) may have been delayed or failed.

The issue occurred between 09:00AM CEST and roughly 2:00PM CEST.
